Meet the Team

Mitch is our Lead Trainer, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, along with a strong background in education. His energetic, hands-on approach makes training engaging, practical, and easy to understand.

Mitch also brings valuable real-world emergency response experience, including volunteering with Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) and working in the remote ambulance services in Fitzroy Crossing.

This unique combination of industry knowledge and frontline experience ensures training is not only compliant, but grounded in real-life situations and practical application.

Heather manages the operations and course delivery behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs smoothly. With a background as a primary school teacher and a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, she is passionate about creating structured, supportive learning environments where participants feel comfortable and confident.

Currently completing her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Heather is driven by her passion as a parent to ensure families have the knowledge to keep their children safe. She looks forward to expanding into first aid education for children and young people in the future.
